Château les Bouysses, a former priory, has been making wines in Cahors since 1230. This blend of 90% Malbec and 10% Merlot from 42-year-old vines is a lovely drop, packed with spiced dark berry fruit, grippy chocolatey tannins from 12 months in French oak barrels and a fresh herbal edge.
