A blend of the feral and ferrous (in fun ways) Fer Servadou (aka Braucol in Gaillac) and the even more obscure Tarn Valley native Prunelard, this is a brilliant bistro red for the money: super juicy and slightly crunchy, with a hit of pepper and blood for quaffing with charcuterie.
