Franken Silvaner is outrageously hard to come by in the UK - a real shame given the quality and expressiveness of the wines. This iteration, from a local reliable cooperative, us a good introduction to the region and grape, with a gentle but firm mineral backbone, vibrant citrus aroma and elegant acidity.
