The Mosel Riesling is vinified slowly via spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Flinty petrol over green apple and citrus on the nose, crisp and crunchy green fruits on the palate, with scents of beeswax for complexity and 8 g/l sugar to offset the acidity (7 g/l). Seasoned with white pepper, the honeyed finish is long and cheerful. A light-hearted but very delicious food wine.
