The Rausch GG is sourced from very old vines lower on the slope, coming from two particular blocks, one being 140 years old. This is a racy GG, the estate's top dry Riesling from the best of the historic Rausch vineyard. Brilliant citrus aromatics mingle with dried white flowers, sea spray salinity and a touch of spice. The palate is lean and lively. Bright acids dance across lemon drop candy, orange zest and a touch of candied ginger. Electric.
