Gunderloch, Vom Roten Schiefer Riesling Trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany 2019

Flinty on the nose which opens up to peach and white pepper-spiced apricot. Crisp green apple and lemon with a fine layer of minerals. The high acidity was expected but it was balanced by a touch of honey on the finish.
