Made with 100% Assyrtiko, it has a fragrant nose of lanolin and peach, plus a pinch of citrus and flint. The 2018 vintage now showcases lovely depth on the bone-dry palate, with acacia honey-scented stone fruits, refreshed by lime zest. Ripe melon notes lead to a long and fulfilling finish.
