Muscat, Muscatel, Tsaousi and Vostilidi from 80-year-old pre-phylloxera vines on Cephalonia. Unusually bottles are aged in fresh water tanks in the winery. Ripe citrus, peach and nutty aromas. Textured floral and herbal palate; bone dry with fresh, focused acidity with a crisp honeyed lemon and grapefruit pith finish. Lovely!
