From 25-year-old Moschofilero vines, grown at up to 800m on the Mantineia Plateau. Pretty floral aromas, with hints of peach and orange blossom that follow through to the palate. Fresh and mineral with flinty notes, bright acidity, real verve and presence. Four months on lees in a mix of stainless steel and oak adds texture, cut with a clean finish.
