Boiled peach and apricot, orange blossom, pollen and a touch of earthiness on the nose. Sugar level sits high at 160.2g/l. Fresh and pure apricot and quince on the palate, backed by 7.6g/l of acidity and seasoned with bitter lemon peel. It finishes long with orange zest and warming spices on the gum. Aged in 225-litre old oak barrels for 2 years.
