This Cabernet Sauvignon is made by blending four plots in Merom Galil, where each plot was fermented and aged in French oak separately to maintain the complexity. The wine has an nose of boiled berry sweets, savoury game and forest floor. You find layers of dark cherry fruits, chocolate, mocha coffee and savoury liquorice notes on the palate, with a decent level of acidity to refresh. The tannin is ripe but structured, which should support it to develop further in the bottle.
