This is an Upper Galilee Chardonnay fermented in barrels (25% new) and aged sur lies for eight months. It features a smokey, ripe white peach nose with a touch of vanilla. It has a umami palate with good acidity, with buttered peach and lemon notes, white pepper spice follows to the finish.
