This aromatic white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Viognier and a small percentage of Muscat, featuring exotic aromas of white flowers, lychee and white pepper. It has a floral palate with moderate acidity and a lemon peel bitterness. A lovely food wine.
