It's an oak-aged Chardonnay from Jerusalem Hills and Rehania in the Upper Galilee. It has yeasty, buttery nose, with creamy vanilla plus juicy apple and lemon fruits. It's rich and round, with an oily texture, followed by a lingering, savoury and bitter finish, very delicious.
