A lovely, fresh nose of apple, lemon and some creaminess. In the mouth it's pillowy, leesy and textured, with a sweet creaminess tempering the bright apple and citrus, and just the slightest hint of nuttiness on the finish. It's weight and texture makes this a great food wine: try it with tempura-battered soft-shell crab for a real treat.
