Pecorino is a versatile food wine and this one from Terre di Chieti in Abruzzo is new to the Sainsbury's wine range for autumn/winter 2021. A fresh, mineral nose with delicate hints of herbs and pineapple. Fresh and fruity palate, with lemon and grapefruit citrus, plus some tropical notes, underpinned by bright acidity, with a zesty finish.
