Grown at 350m on volcanic and sandy soils, lees-aged in stainless steel for a fresh character. It’s a gorgeous golden colour with a waxy, appley aroma. Full, rich yet lively, delicious orange zest, baked apple, peach, subtle spice flavours. Smooth and floral.
