Ravello is a characteristic village of the steep Amalfi coast where Ettore Sammarco started his business in the early 1960s, bottling wine from his two hectares of vines. Today, the winery produces around 90,000 bottles, and here the precise winemaking is suggested by lifted yellow grapefruit with a sweeter core reminiscent of Mirabelle plums, alongside iodine and saline notes on the taut, acidic palate.
