Soft mousse and a balsamic cherry nose leading to a savoury, dry palate full of rich dark berry fruit and balancing acidity. Sparkling reds can be challenging, with your head and palate struggling to comprehend fruit tannins and bubbles in the same mouthful. But this is a very friendly Lambrusco that would work brilliantly with sticky marinated grilled chicken.
