A few extra years in bottle has given this unoaked Nebbiolo a real saline edge to tangy berry palate and savoury, herbal, tisane-like tannins. Lean, linear and fresh, showing fine complexity and a lightness of touch, from 1ha organically farmed vineyard in Raverra.
