This opens slowly with aeration to offer oaky spices, red cherry and violet notes. Fresh and clean on the long, bright finish. Not the most dense or complicated Barbera you’ll ever drink but its highish tannins and acidity will prove a joy with sausages and fatty meat dishes of any kind.
