Lorenzo and Giovanni Frea produce just 2,000 bottles of this delicious, easy drinking Roero. Muschiavin is the MGA to the south of Montaldo village, and here it gives an intense strawberry and vinous character, vibrant on the nose and full-bodied on the palate. It has sweet fruit, crisp acidity and a ripe finish, savoury and balanced. Despite its focus on primary fruit, it shows an amazing drinkability due to its supple palate over Nebbiolo bones.
