An intense nose of slightly funky peach skin leads to a core of stony acidity and a peachy flavour, with a dried lemon peel note. Toasty apple and lemon emerge on the finish along with some spice.

Honeyed golden apples and pears, buttered toast and waxy lemons on the nose. Nice intensity on the palate, showing lemon peel, orange zest, acacia and blossom honey. A little lick of bitterness appears on the finish. This lends itself well to sipping, sharing or pairing. Member price £13.99
