The palate impact is bone-dry and grippy, followed by concentrated flavour, a very lively mousse, and a long, savoury, salted-lemon finish. Firm, intense and unaccommodating, but full of character. Chardonnay with 15% Pinot Noir from a family estate in Barbaresco.
