This is a very classy wine for the price, made from Cortese vines averaging 35 years of age in the prized Gavi di Gavi DOCG. It has admirable complexity and great fruit weight of crunchy green apple fruit along with a zippy citrus acidity, smoky minerality and a long and creamy almond finish.
