Aged in Slavonian oak for 12 months, it's rich with red berries and cedar wood spices on the nose. Bright acidity refreshes the ripe dark berries and prune flavours. Soft on the palate with moderate wood tannins to provide some structure. Produced in collaboration with co-operative Araldica.
