This Negroamaro from Puglia features thyme and Mediterranean spices over dark fruits on the nose. Plenty of juicy freshness on the palate, with spiced redcurrant, and blackberry fruits, leading to dried herbs and prune on the finish. 11g/l of residual sugar is well-balanced by 6g/l of acidity. Long and salivating.
