Movingly poetic, it directly strikes the emotions; structure and matter become pure gracefulness. From 90-year-old, alberello-trained vines in the Croce Monaci vineyard. Aiming to imprint the volcano’s essence in her bottles, in 1997 Alice Bonaccorsi became the first female producer on Etna.
