Named for the trees on Mt Etna, that are often set ablaze during volcanic eruptions, this range from Aldi offers great value. This appassimento-style red is made from dried grapes which concentrate the sugars and richness of flavour. It has a creamy, baked cherry character with tangy raspberry acidity.
