The sheep on the label hints at the myth that the Pecorino grape got its name from sheep ('pecoro') that grazed in the vineyards – and then produced pecorino cheese, which goes very well with this wine. This is simple and zesty with ripe, juicy citrus and peach fruit and a bright seam of acidity to refresh the palate.
