From a single vineyard named after the Renaissance manor built by the Hapsburgs. Stylish and subtle, this is partly vinified in stainless steel and partly in Allier barriques, in which 15% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Characters of fresh orchard fruit with inflections of lemon and pink grapefruit combine for a long and pretty mineral-toned finish. Graceful and understated.
