From vines in Marina di Grosseto, vinified in stainless steel after a cold soak to enhance aromatics, followed by a short period of lees ageing. Floral scents are joined by flavours of pear, lemon, gooseberry, melon and white flowers. Zippy and slightly salty, it has good balance and nice brightness, with a long, saline finish.
