Copper-pink in colour with sweet, ripe fruit aromas, the wine is big and complex, opening out in the glass. Initial fresh red berry aromas develop into richer berry compote, accompanied by Christmas spices and herbal notes before evolving into darker, more concentrated fruit  on the palate, with intense notes of blackcurrants, redcurrants, raspberries and a touch of black toffee. Fresh, zippy acidity keeps it beautifully fresh and lively. This biodynamic rosé from the hills of southern Tuscany is made with Alicante Nero (the local Grenache clone) infused on the Carignan must to create a highly individualistic wine.
