Arnione is year by year showing its consistency and definitely performing better in cool vintages, in my opinion. This 2018 is extremely precise, in perfect Campo alla Sughera style, thus its could seems to lack a bit of character but will improve complexity with ageing. Clove, restrained cassis fresh and precise on the nose, than firm, extracted yet elegant tannins. The grainy texture is underlined by crisp melted acidity, resulting delicacy first than powerful. Graceful wine outstandingly balanced.
