A mature, savoury-sweet nose rich in nuance with notes of wet moss, almonds, bitter honey, sour cream, fresh capers and hints of incense. Immense concentration of dried fruit sugars on a palate of unfathomable density, with layers of flavour supported by firm acidity which brings the fruit into focus and gives vitality to the infinitely long finish. A massive wine. Very dark, oily oloroso appearance in the glass.
