This organic winery, run by oenologist and owner Diego Finocchi, extends over about five hectares surrounded by woods. Initially austere, this 2023 then offers fruity hints of berries and cinchona. The edgy, material sip also needs to unwind but is extremely responsive and dynamic. Its identifying altitudinal character and sapid, invigorating thrust are striking.
