This 30ha estate is centred around an old nunnery and takes its name from the murmur of the praying nuns. It really packs a punch, with its ripe and concentrated flavours of white currant fruit on a complex, developing palate, with creamy, nutty notes from time on lees in French oak. Weighty yet elegant.
