Dried herbs and sweet strawberry scents on the nose, smells fresh and lively. Bright acidity fills the mouth with succulent but also raspy tannins. Some bitter and herbal dried orange flavours alongside red cherries and Mediterranean scrubland. A tinge of black pepper and sweet spice lingers on the cheeks. This has an appealing crunchiness and lengthy drive of flavour with lift and zest. Some mineral, salty touches too on the finish.
