A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this Tuscan red has lovely scents and flavours of juicy black and red berries, herbal notes and even a touch of minty freshness. The tannins are subtle and fine, and the acidity balances the warming alcohol. The finish features flavours of cassis and chocolate. A good value wine, worth picking up a bottle or two this winter.
