Lees aged for five months in large terracotta amphora. Bruised pear and apple crumble notes ring out, followed in the mouth by a richness of fruit contrasting with a saline character and some leesy creaminess in the background and that typically dry finish of amphora wine. Succulent and bold, this is a great match for pork or meaty fish.
