From vines in Montjovet, this beautifully lacy white is more mineral than fruity, with a precise and chiselled core of peach, lime, pink Himalayan salt and gunflint – à la Chablisienne. Rosset Terroir was born out of distillation but the Rosset-Levy family decided to change gears slightly by incorporating wine, and planted their first vines in 2001. Over the years they expanded the estate to 13 hectares. Though the flagship white wine is the impressive 'Petite Arvine Sopraquota 900', a high altitude wine that has garnished them global recognition, their straight Petite Arvine is a sheer delight. A lovely, ethereal expression of Petite Arvine.
