Today owned by the Lunelli Group, Bisol is a long-established winery in the area, founded at the beginning of the 20th century. Crede means 'clay' in the local dialect and is the main soil type of Valdobbiadene. Lemony, limey and appley scents lead to a steely, saline mouthful of fresh citrus, a touch of apricot and a glint of oyster shell. Clean and fresh, this is a delightful and well balanced Prosecco Superiore to enjoy with seafood or salads.
