A Sainsbury's exclusive for Christmas, this Prosecco Rosé brings subtle ripe red fruits to the classic Prosecco flavours of apple and pear, thanks to 15% of Pinot Noir blended with the local Glera grape. Lip-smackingly sweet and juicy on the palate, it forgoes dryness ('Extra Dry' is, strangely, the sweetest style of Prosecco) for a fruity, accessible and enjoyable style. The mousse is well integrated and the flavours linger.
