From lofty west-facing vines in Valdobbiadene, this Brut with 8g/l of residual sugar is proudly a ‘vino senza collaggio’ - that is, it's not treated, filtered or fined. Intense apple and pear aromas along with some floral and saline notes lead to a bright, tight, fresh and focussed palate of lemon, green apple, herb, pear and a touch of softer stone fruits. Its steely and saline character is contrasted by a hint of creaminess on the finish, demonstrating great balance.
