This delightful single-vineyard, unoaked Soave from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave has a reductive smoky, struck-match aroma with some stone fruit and green fruit touches. Soft melon and pithy grapefruit are joined in the mouth by a herbal character then a mineral feel on the finish. A good food wine.
