Drinking Window: 2022 - 2027
After drying for four months, the grapes are fermented and then matured in 30hl French oak barrels for 36 months. Chocolate and blackcurrant cordial aromas are lifted by some leafy touches. Rich and textured, this is exactly what you expect from Amarone. Ripe red and black fruit flavours are given depth by a savoury character, leading to a long, sturdy finish with hints of chocolate, wood, leather and earth.
