Villa Sandi may be known for their Proseccos, but they also produce this traditional method sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in Veneto. It has a fairly accessible nose of green apple and brioche, with the additions of cream and sweet spices on the palate. It is quite intense and has a lovely long finish. A good alternative to a crémant from France.
