Made by preserving Japanese Yuzu in Ginjo Sake, the 'Ginjo Yuzushu' is heavily hazed, with pure yuzu ice cream and grapefruit zest on the nose plus a hidden layer of white pepper spice and steamed rice. Citrusy and zingy on the palate, the lemon peel bitterness stayed on almost forever.
