Ixsir, Altitudes Blanc, Batroun, Lebanon 2022

This is a blend of the rare Lebanese grape Obeidy with Muscat and Viognier. It undergoes gentle pressing followed by tank fermentation, with no malolactic fermentation or oak influence. The aroma is reminiscent of a meadow on a summer afternoon, with notes of golden apple, yellow peach, and sweet herbal perfume. Bitter lemon zest, ripe peach, and melon on the palate leading to a warm finish.
