Truly interesting, well crafted, complex expression of Sauvignon Blanc, showing talented winemaking without loss of varietal expressiveness. Elegant nose of lemon zest, grapefruit zest and almonds. In the mouth, ripe citrus, apple peel and pear are lined by nutty nuances of toasted almonds and cashew. Delicious.
